Summary of Conditions of Let: 1. No overcrowding; no more than 13 people can stay in the Hut overnight. 2. All accommodation which is used must be paid for. 3. The Fire Precautions (Notices displayed in the Hut) must be observed. 4. The Hut must be secured whenever left unattended and on departure. 5. Any damage or breakages must be reported to the Custodian as soon as possible. 6. The departure routine must be followed: leave the Hut clean and tidy and take away any garbage and spare food; switch off the electricity and secure. 7. User groups which include children (under 18) must have a Child Protection Policy and should follow good practice guidelines.

The Hut may be unsuitable for people with certain disabilities. If in doubt please check with the Custodian before confirming your booking.

I am sending off a cheque for £30 made out to "The Grampian Club" and understand that this is a non-returnable deposit. On behalf of my Club/Group I agree to comply with the Conditions of Let (as listed below) and confirm that my Club/Group will indemnify The Grampian Club against any loss or claim arising as a result of our occupying the Hut while in breach of these Conditions.

There is 13 bed spaces available. The charge is £6 per person per night. There is also space for camping at £3 p/n. The keys and an information leaflet will be dispatched by the Custodian approximately two weeks before the scheduled occupation. The keys, together with the cheque made out to "The Grampian Club" for the balance of the payment due should be sent to the Custodian within two weeks of the end of the period to let.
