Currently six or more of these very sociable and popular events are arranged throughout the year from February to September including a Ladies Weekend at the Club’s own Newton Cottage in Torridon. Accommodation is arranged at established Hostels in popular walking areas, recent venues include: Aviemore, Kintail, Skye, Strontian, Glen Nevis and Corran Ferry. Members either use their own car, or car share with a fellow member.

Payment Condition (introduced May 2025)

Please note that the following Payment Condition for Weekend Meet bookings will apply to 2026 (and all subsequent year) meets:

Members have 3 months to pay in full from the time of booking. However, if the booking(s) of the weekend(s) is made closer to the time, they will be expected to pay in full at the time of booking. In the case of a cancellation, no refund will be made unless another member takes up the booking.
